Thoughts going wrong

It is astonishing how your own thoughts can sabotage you. Over the last few weeks I started my run training for my Race for Life 5k and during those runs I was imagining that some people would come up and tell me that I am doing all wrong. It resulted in me getting really anxious on going out because they might judge me. This also effected how I felt about my photography and not being sure if I would ever be good enough to sell my pictures.

It took me a couple of days snap out of it after realising that I was anxious what people might think of me when I go out.

Yesterday I went out on my run training with a new attitude and it payed of. The length of the run was not as long as the days before but I felt better and I also went straight afterwards out to take some new Pictures which you can check out in Midlothian Country Side.
